Focused in the geographic areas of Wheeling, WV and West Alexander, PA, The Foundation has grown into one of the region's leading charitable trusts.

Since its founding in 1924, the Chambers name has become synonymous with an outstanding legacy of facilities, structures, and programs that have had a positive impact in the lives of local children and the communities on the whole. A host of worthwhile organizations have received grants in the past, and our list of recipients continues to grow annually.
